BetterTogether Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview:

The BetterTogether Ambassador Program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”) is designed to create a community of brand advocates promoting BetterTogether.

2. Eligibility:

a. Participants must be existing users of the BetterTogether app.

b. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

c. The participant’s account must be in good standing and comply with the app’s terms of service.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities:

a. Ambassadors will actively promote BetterTogether through social media, word of mouth, and other creative methods.

b. Ambassadors may be asked to participate in marketing campaigns, and events, or provide feedback on app features.

c. Ambassadors are expected to represent BetterTogether in a positive and respectful manner.

4. Rewards and Compensation:

a. Ambassadors may be eligible for exclusive rewards, discounts, or incentives based on their level of engagement and performance.

b. The nature and structure of rewards will be communicated separately and are subject to change at the discretion of BetterTogether.

5. Content Usage:

a. Ambassadors grant BetterTogether a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content created or shared by the Ambassador for the purpose of advertising and promoting BetterTogether, both online and offline.

b. This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the content.

6. Program Duration:

The Program duration will be communicated, and participants will be notified in advance of any changes or termination.

7. Termination:

BetterTogether reserves the right to terminate the ambassador relationship at any time without prior notice for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

8. Confidentiality:

Ambassadors may have access to non-public information about BetterTogether. Ambassadors agree to keep such information confidential.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

BetterTogether reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of changes.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

By participating in the BetterTogether Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
